Offered as part of the QMSU Skills Award, Inclusive Leadership Training is designed for students in/going into positions of leadership. We provide a framework for personal development in leadership and the chance to create an action plan to put into practise their new inclusive leadership skills.

The workshop focuses on four topics:

  1. Communication & boundaries
  2. Consent culture (sexual violence and harassment)
  3. Inclusion & belonging
  4. Supporting & reporting

This session will be run by Beyond Equality, a UK charity specialising in challenging groups and individuals to be an active part of the conversations around diversity, equity & inclusion.

1-5pm, Bancroft 3.22, Mile End. You must register for the QMSU Skills award to attend this training.
